INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS

Be part of the excitement and camaraderie of our many events.  Your support is necessary and we welcome everyone.  Regardless of whether you have only a few hours to spare, or the entire day, your help will make a difference between an event being great and awesome!  Positions are available to fit any schedule, so grab a bunch of friends, family or co-workers and create a team to staff one of the many areas we need help with on event day.

Here’s how it works:  you volunteer yourself and/or bring your friends and family to volunteer for you.  All volunteers above the age of 16 earn race credits that are fully transferrable (for 1 year) and earn $10 of credit per hour worked.  These race credits are “same as cash” and valid for all Buttar.com owned races, Buttar.com gear and Advocare products priced at the retail level.  Everyone is welcome to earn community service hours.  Please note you can only earn race credit or community service hours – not both at the same time.  

Here are the available jobs:  

• Registration Help - 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m
• On Course + Finish Line Help - 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m
• Registration + Finish Line Help - 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m
• Post Race - 9:00 a.m. to Noon (must stay until trailer is completely loaded)
• Everything - 5:30 a.m. to Noon (must stay until trailer is completely loaded)

1. Fill out the form below.
2. Wait for confirmation (wed. before the event).  All jobs are on a first come, first served basis and may not be available.
3. Show up at the time specified!  When you arrive you’ll need to fill in the paperwork and get a team t-shirt (which you’ll need to wear).
