New for 2010
Triathlon Hammer, Duathlon Hammer, Aquabike Hammer. This event is specifically for athletes who have the endurance, experience and ability to recover to race back to back on Saturday and Sunday. These extremely special athletes get a variety of amenities including: custom Hammer t-shirt (in addition to the normal event t-shirt), AdvoCare goodie bag, Hammer award and Hammer video. The entry fee for the Hammer divisions is $170. Due to ordering time required the deadline for Hammer category registration is Sunday, August 15, 2010 at midnight.

7:00 am - Sprint Aquabike - .75 km swim, 20 km bike
7:00 am - Sprint Duathlon - 2.75 mile run, 20 km bike, 2.8 mile run
7:00 am - Sprint Triathlon - .75 km swim, 20 km bike, 2.8 mile run
7:00 am - MyFirst Triathlon - .4 km swim, 20 km bike, 2.8 mile run

Sprint Tri, Du 2 or 3 Person Relay - before 8/15/10 - $105, before 8/19/10 - $115, after 8/19/10 - $125 MyFirst Tri - before 8/15/10 - $70, before 8/15/10 - $80, after 8/19/10 - $90

AWARDS
Sprint Tri, Du, Aqua - Top 3 men & women overall, age group, clydesdales, athenas and military.
Sprint Tri, Du Relay – Top 3 male, female and co-ed relay
MyFirst Tri - Top 5 men & women overall, top 3 in each age groups (14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, …, 70+)

Friday
12:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Registration, check in and packet pick up at Northlake Elementary School / Lake Nona YMCA
Saturday
6:00 am: Registration, check in, packet pick up, body marking, transponder pickup, transition area open
6:45 am: Mandatory pre-race meeting for all swimmers at the beach - transition area closes
7:00 am: Sprint & My First events start in waves
10:30 am: Award ceremony

SUNDAY OLYMPIC EVENT DETAILS
7:00 am - Olympic Aquabike - 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike
7:00 am - Olympic Duathlon - 2.8 mile run, 40 km bike, 5.6 mile run
7:00 am - Olympic Triathlon - 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 5.6 mile run

DIVISIONS
Age Group - Males and females in the following age divisions: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, …, 70+ Military – Active or retired military personnel – must show military ID
Clydesdale 39 & Under – Men weighing between 185 & 224*
Clydesdale 40 & Over – Men weighing between 185 & 224*
Super-Clydesdale 39 & Under – Men weighing 225+*
Athena – ladies weighing between 140 & 174*
Super Athena – ladies weighing 175+*
* - Weight at check in and racing age

LOCATION, DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Moss Park is located in southeast Orlando, near the Orlando International Airport. 12901 Moss Park Rd., Orlando, FL 32832. Take the Narcoosee rd. exit from 417 and go north. Take a right at the new Publix and follow Moss Park Rd. until it dead ends at Moss Park. Follow the signs to parking.

ABOUT THIS EVENT
Swim in beautiful Lake Mary Jane. Bike on flat, newly paved roads on a new course! This venue is known for its run, flat with 100% shade cover through cool over hanging trees which is also a brand new course!
