Mental skills, nutrition & supplementation, equipment check,
strength training basics, transition drills, bike fit, bike time trial,
cycling technique, 1 mile running tt, running technique, running drills, swim drills, open water swim, swim
technique.
Who Is Eligible
This training program is designed for entry level athletes (less
than 10 events) of both genders and any age. We encourage groups of
friends to participate together but guarantee you’ll make new ones.

$225 for the 11 clinic training session
