Tri 101 Triathlon Training Program
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Swim in beautiful, clean and clear Lake Mary Jane, at this time of year
wetsuits will most likely be allowed. Bike on flat, newly paved roads on a
new course! This venue is known for its run, flat with 100% shade cover
through cool over hanging trees which is also a brand new course!
LOCATION, DIRECTIONS
& PARKING
Moss Park is located in southeast Orlando, near the Orlando
International Airport. 12901
Moss Park Rd. - (407) 273-2327. Take
the Narcoosee rd. exit from 417 and go north.
Take a right at the new Publix and follow Moss Park Rd. until it dead
ends at Moss Park. Follow the
signs to parking.

Age Group – Ladies in the following age divisions <15,15-19,
20-24, 25-29, …, 80+
Athena – Ladies weighing 140 pounds or more as weighed at check in
Military - Must show military id (active or retired)
Novice – First time athletes
Survivor - cancer (of any type) survivor
Mom - Enough said

8:45 am: Orlando Women's Triathlon pre-race meeting at the beach

AMB system timing (as used in the Olympics and the Tour de France)
All athletes (except MyFirst Wildman) must present proof of USAT membership
or buy a 1 day membership
