Tri 101 Triathlon Training Program

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Swim in beautiful, clean and clear Lake Mary Jane, at this time of year wetsuits will most likely be allowed. Bike on flat, newly paved roads on a new course! This venue is known for its run, flat with 100% shade cover through cool over hanging trees which is also a brand new course!

LOCATION, DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Moss Park is located in southeast Orlando, near the Orlando International Airport.  12901 Moss Park Rd. - (407) 273-2327.  Take the Narcoosee rd. exit from 417 and go north.  Take a right at the new Publix and follow Moss Park Rd. until it dead ends at Moss Park.  Follow the signs to parking.

Sprint Triathlon - .75K Swim, 20K Bike, 2.75 Mile Run
NOTE:  Coaches & Noodles are welcome in the last wave of the swim!

DIVISIONS
Age Group – Ladies in the following age divisions <15,15-19, 20-24, 25-29, …, 80+ 

Athena – Ladies weighing 140 pounds or more as weighed at check in
Military - Must show military id (active or retired)
Novice – First time athletes
Survivor - cancer (of any type) survivor
Mom - Enough said

ENTRY FEES
$50 until Midnight
October 1 - $60 Until Midnight October 5 - $70 during race weekend

REGISTRATION
Online - closes at Midnight on October 5, 2006

Friday
12:30 pm – 6:00 pm: Registration, check in and packet pick up. 
Location.
Saturday
7:00 am - 10:00 am:  Registration, check in and packet pick up at Moss Park
Sunday

7:30 am: Registration, check in, body marking, transponder pickup
8:45 am: Orlando Women's Triathlon pre-race meeting at the beach
9:00 am:
Orlando Women's Triathlon start
10:15 am: Award ceremony

Awesome long sleeved race T-shirt
Awards to the top 5 overall ladies
Awards to the top 3 of all other divsions

AMB system timing (as used in the Olympics and the Tour de France)
All athletes (except MyFirst Wildman) must present proof of USAT membership or buy a 1 day membership
All Buttar.com multi-sport events are sanctioned by USAT
Be sure to familiarize yourself with our policies

Entry is limited to the first 400 athletes
