EVENT NOTES

• Lighting Lap

  • 1 lap (0.8 mile) time trial

  • Open to all categories

  • Registration closes at 6:15 pm SHARP!

  • Rulz

    • Start with 1 foot unclipped and on the ground

    • Each rider gets a 15 second gap

    • Each rider can only go once

    • Members of the same team with lowest combined time win the Team of Lighting recognition.

• Legs of Speed

  • Head to head sprints

  • Open to all categories

  • Registration closes at 6:15 pm SHARP!

  • Rulz

    • 4 waves of head to head sprints

    • The winner of each wave is determined by USCF rules (front tire breaking the plane, keeping a line in the last 200 meters, no body contact or impediment to forward progress, etc.)  

    • The winner of each wave advances to the finals (4th wave)

    • The finals will determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd

    • Each rider starts clipped in and held

    • Each rider can only go once

• Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes ½ hour prior to race start.

• All USCF rules apply and USCF permit pending.

• Promoter reserves right to combine / cancel events & prize lists.

• All races go off rain or shine.

• Entry fee includes $2 USCF insurance surcharge and FPS fee.

• NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS.

• Mastercard, Visa, Discover accepted onsite.

• $5 Unattached fee for all except Juniors, Men Category 5 and Women Category 4

• 2nd race of the day except Juniors is only $12  

• Packet pickup on Friday from noon to 6:00 pm at 3901 Ibis Dr., Orlando, FL  32803 and Saturday at registration.
